KPIs and reliability
Reliability measures the site's maintenance performance over a period (3, 6, 12 or 24 months), compares it with the targets and highlights the worst-performing equipment.
Indicators
| Indicator | Calculation |
|---|---|
| Availability | 1 − downtime hours (failure reports) ÷ (period hours × number of equipment) |
| MTBF | operating time ÷ number of failures (closed corrective work orders) |
| MTTR | downtime hours ÷ number of failures |
| Preventive ratio | closed preventive work orders ÷ closed work orders |
| Backlog | estimated hours of open work orders |
| Maintenance cost | labor hours × Kpi.HourlyRate + cost of consumed parts |
| Schedule compliance | work orders closed at the latest the day after their planned end ÷ planned work orders |
Monthly trends (failures, downtime hours, cost, availability, preventive), the distribution of failures by equipment class and the equipment grid (failures, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, availability, cost) complete the page; the Excel export includes everything.
Targets per site
Administration > KPI targets: for each site, and optionally per equipment class, a target and a tolerance. The status is green if the target is met, amber within the tolerance, red beyond; a target per class prevails over the site's when the page is filtered on that class.
Usage
- Filter by class to compare pumps, compressors, instrumentation.
- Open an equipment of the grid to find its work orders and failure reports.
- Ask the assistant offers an analysis of the gaps and three priority actions; the AI agent relies on the same figures for its plan adjustment proposals.
- Data is only as good as the failure reports: record downtime hours and causes on every corrective work order.
