Getting started
Softic.Tender is your company's tender radar: it collects notices published by funders and public-procurement portals, scores each one on two axes — interest and win probability — and follows your bids through to the outcome.
Signing in
Open your instance address (for example https://tenders.softic.io), enter your e-mail address and password. After five failed attempts the account is locked for fifteen minutes.
If your company uses SOFTIC Intranet, Softic.Tender opens directly from the intranet home page without a new password: this is single sign-on. The application is then displayed inside the intranet, with its language and theme.
The screen
- Sidebar (left): the menu. The button at the bottom collapses it to icons.
- Top bar: company and instance, language (FR / EN / PT / AR), light or dark theme, the Softic AI button, contextual help ? and your account.
- Content: the current screen.
- Softic AI panel (right, on demand): the assistant, see The Softic AI assistant.
Language and theme are remembered for your browser; the theme is also saved on your account.
Roles
| Role | What it allows |
|---|---|
| Read only | Read the radar, records, pipeline and sources. |
| Bid officer | Plus: create and edit tenders, attach documents, submit a bid. |
| Commercial management | Plus: change criteria weights, record outcomes, recalibrate. |
| Administrator | Plus: sources, collection, settings, accounts, platform, AI costs. |
An account without a role is authenticated but can access nothing: ask your administrator.
The home page: the watch
The home page is the watch state: the table of open tenders ranked by score, with its colour scale, new entries, deadlines and notes — the same table as the weekly report received by e-mail. Three buttons are enough: Export to Excel, E-mail me the report, Softic IA briefing. See the chapter The watch state and the weekly report.
The dashboard
Menu Dashboard: the portfolio indicators — open tenders, top priority, closing within 15 days, submitted, won and lost bids, win rate, open pipeline value, breakdown by quadrant and by country.
