Automatic collection
Menu Administration > Collection. Collection queries the active sources, normalises the notices and creates the tenders that fall within scope.
Running
Collect now starts collection for one source or all active sources. Recent runs are displayed with their date, duration, number of notices read, created and skipped, and any error.
Connectors
| Connector | Sources |
|---|---|
worldbank-procnotices |
World Bank procurement notices. |
afdb-rss, generic-rss |
RSS / Atom feeds (AfDB and any portal publishing a feed). |
tuneps, ted-eu |
Structured portals (TUNEPS, TED). |
generic-html |
HTML pages whose structure is described in the configuration (selectors). |
imap-alertes |
Mailbox receiving alerts from a tender service. The connector reads the messages, never the publisher's portal. In test mode it does not mark messages as read. |
Recognition
Each notice is matched to a country (aliases and names in all languages), a sector (keywords) and possibly a funder (markers). A notice whose country or sector is unknown, or which already exists (same identifier at the source, or same title and deadline), is skipped with a rejection reason visible in the run. Rules are edited under Settings.
Entry date
The date shown in the radar is that of the first collection that brought the notice in; a later pass by the same connector does not change it.
