The Softic AI assistant
The Softic AI button in the top bar opens a conversation panel on the right of the screen. The assistant answers in your language from the application's data.
What it can do
- Search tenders (country, sector, deadline, score) and give their references.
- Explain a score: criteria, weights, contributions, calibration bias, quadrant.
- Summarise a record, flag points of attention, compare several deals.
- Describe the pipeline, the dashboard indicators, the source catalogue, the active weighting and the calibration.
- Answer "how do I" questions from this manual, citing the menu path.
From a record, the Ask Softic AI button opens the assistant with that record as context: the suggested questions relate to it.
What it does not do
The assistant is read-only: it never creates or modifies a tender, score, weight or source. When you want to act, it points you to the screen and button to use. Every action remains yours, and traced to your name.
It can make mistakes: check important information on the record.
Conversations
Conversations are kept for you alone and resumed from the panel (Recent conversations). + starts a new conversation. Enter sends, Shift+Enter inserts a line break.
Privacy and costs
Only the data needed for the question is sent to the AI service. The administrator can forbid sending free text (summaries, outcome notes): only structured fields are then transmitted. Usage is measured against the instance's monthly budget; beyond the budget the assistant is suspended until the next month. See Administration.
