Angola: SAF-T (AO) regime
Softic.Invoice applies the Angolan regime (Presidential Decree 312/18 and the SAF-T structure of Executive Decree 317/20) as soon as the company has country AO in Invoicing > Settings. The cycle is the same as in Tunisia, but the legal proof differs: there is no filing platform; the AGT-validated software numbers documents by series, chains them with a signed hash and delivers a SAF-T (AO) file per period to the tax authority.
What changes on screen
- Series numbering:
FT FA2026/12for an invoice,NC NC2026/3for a credit note (type, series, year, continuous sequence). - Sign does not call a seal service: the document receives its hash (RSA signature of the date, entry date, number, total and previous hash of the series) and its key version (HashControl). Four characters of the hash are printed on the invoice.
- Submit makes the document final at once (status Accepted): nothing is transmitted document by document.
- Legal export (tab in Invoicing > Settings): pick the period and download the type F SAF-T (AO) file, with the company header, invoiced customers and products, the VAT table and every document of the period with its hash, including cancelled ones (status "A" and reason). Exported documents are dated; a later cancellation is flagged.
- The printed invoice carries "Processado por programa validado n.º …/AGT" and the amount in words in Portuguese.
Entry rules
- NIF: 9 to 14 alphanumeric characters, no spaces, for the company and the customer; a customer without NIF is the final consumer
999999999. - VAT: standard 14 % (code NOR), exempt (ISE), special regime (OUT). A 0 % line must carry an exemption reason and code.
- Currency: kwanza (AOA, two decimals); a foreign-currency invoice requires the exchange rate.
- A credit note always references the original invoice.
