Getting started with Softic.Invoice

Softic.Invoice is SOFTIC's electronic invoicing product: you enter invoices and credit notes, the application signs them with your company's electronic seal, submits them to the tax administration's platform (El Fatoora / TTN in Tunisia, AGT in Angola) and tracks their validation.

Signing in

The login screen asks for three things: the company code, your login (or e-mail address) and your password. A user attached to a company can only sign in on its behalf; an administrator without a company leaves the code empty.

The dashboard

The home page summarizes the invoicing activity of the current company: drafts, invoices awaiting validation, invoices accepted this month and rejected invoices. The entry screens (Invoices, Credit notes, Customers, Items, Legal documents) are listed in the left menu.

Language and theme

The user menu, top right, lets you change the interface language (French, English, Arabic, Portuguese) and switch between the light and dark themes. The choice is saved for your account.

Notifications

The bell reports the events that concern you: acceptance or rejection of an invoice by the platform, assistant budget alerts, SaaS console jobs.

The assistant

The Softic IA button opens the assistant panel: it answers your questions from the application's data and from this manual. See the chapter Softic IA assistant.
