Softic IA assistant

The built-in assistant answers in natural language, in the interface language, from the application's data and from this manual. It never invents amounts, tax identifiers or references: when it cannot find the information, it says so.

Activation

An administrator enters the API key in Administration > Settings > AI assistant, then enables the assistant. The server must be able to reach the model provider. A monthly budget, an alert and an automatic cut-off can be set; usage is visible in AI costs.

What it can do

• describe the current company and the electronic invoice format that applies;
• explain how a screen works from the manual, citing the menu path;
• and, with the invoicing screens: check an invoice before issuing, summarize a customer's situation, follow the status of a submission.

What it does not do

It never issues, signs, submits or cancels an invoice itself: it points you to the right screen. The model provider's name only appears in the configuration.
