  1. Getting started with Softic.Invoice

  2. Electronic invoicing

    Invoicing menu. Everything applies to the current company (your account's company, or the one chosen in the top bar).

  3. Angola: SAF-T (AO) regime

    Softic.Invoice applies the Angolan regime (Presidential Decree 312/18 and the SAF-T structure of Executive Decree 317/20) as soon as the company has country AO in Invoicing > Settings. The cycle is the same as in Tunisia, but the legal proof differs: there is no filing platform…

  4. Importing documents

    Invoices > Import: invoices and credit notes coming from an ERP or invoicing software. Each imported document becomes a draft that then follows the normal cycle (Check, Issue, Sign, Submit). Nothing is issued automatically.

  5. ERP connectors

    Invoicing > ERP connectors (administrators): Softic.Invoice reads, at regular intervals, the invoices and credit notes of your ERP, imports them as drafts and, if you wish, sends the legal number and status back to the ERP.

  6. API and API keys

    The Softic.Invoice API lets an ERP or invoicing software push its invoices, request their processing, read their legal status and fetch the documents. It is described in OpenAPI at /services/swagger and in the integration guide.

  7. Administration

    Administration menu, reserved for the Administrator role.

  8. Softic IA assistant

    The built-in assistant answers in natural language, in the interface language, from the application's data and from this manual. It never invents amounts, tax identifiers or references: when it cannot find the information, it says so.
